Elizabeth comes from a family of escrow officers and owners, joining the family business while still in high school. Starting at the bottom of the ladder, over the last 25 years, Elizabeth has worked herself up through the business as an assistant, then Escrow Officer, to Manager and Trainer/Coach, working for both independent escrow companies and title insurance company-owned escrow departments. Along with those years of experience and accumulated knowledge, Elizabeth is highly regarded for her proactive communication with clients, and “over the top” attention to detail and customer service skills. Elizabeth has the rare ability of giving even the most challenging of transactions her magic touch - a smooth, seamless and successful closing. And on a personal note, Elizabeth, who was born and raised in the South Bay, is very excited to return to her roots, surrounded by familiar faces and places!

She takes pride in her ability to provide great escrow service. Cindy was born and raised in the South Bay, happily married since 1997, with two grown sons, and a really great dog, Gunner. She cherishes her quality family time."

Lee has resided the South Bay since 1968, originally from New Orleans. She has one grown son and three grandchildren. Lee has worked in the escrow/real estate field for many years. She handles all aspects of escrow; commercial, residential, investment, new construction, exchanges, delayed or other reverse mortgages, equity purchase, probates, refinances, sale by owner, hard money, and private loans. A good Escrow Officer is a reflection on a good Realtor. Experience in this field is crucial to a smooth closing and the knowledge to see any problems that could arise to affect the outcome and closing of an escrow.

LaNise is a well-seasoned and true escrow professional. Her vast experience spreads over a period of 25 years. She has worked not only for DOC/DBO escrow companies, but also, title company escrow divisions and broker-owned escrows. She is quite knowledgeable of course, in purchase and refinance escrow transactions, however, has mastered the skills and expertise needed in specific areas of Trust estates, probate, short-sales, REO, vacant land, 1031 Exchange and Reverse 1031 Exchanges.

LaNise feels experience is not the only required qualification of being a great escrow officer. She believes it is a must, to practice patience, communication, understanding and hold a deep-rooted care in providing quality customer service to her clients. There is not a file she can’t handle! From the easiest, to the most complicated and delicate transactions, you can rest assured that she has successfully closed many types. Keep in mind that she is qualified and very capable of handling real estate transactions no matter the location/county, as long as it is in the state of California.
