Elizabeth comes from a family of escrow officers and owners, joining the family business while still in high school. Starting at the bottom of the ladder, over the last 25 years, Elizabeth has worked herself up through the business as an assistant, then Escrow Officer, to Manager and Trainer/Coach, working for both independent escrow companies and title insurance company-owned escrow departments. Along with those years of experience and accumulated knowledge, Elizabeth is highly regarded for her proactive communication with clients, and “over the top” attention to detail and customer service skills. Elizabeth has the rare ability of giving even the most challenging of transactions her magic touch - a smooth, seamless and successful closing. And on a personal note, Elizabeth, who was born and raised in the South Bay, is very excited to return to her roots, surrounded by familiar faces and places!

Cindy has been in the escrow industry since 1988. She is passionate about the escrow business. Cindy's motto is "communication and patience are the key factors to a successful escrow transaction"". She takes pride in her ability to provide great escrow service. Cindy was born and raised in the South Bay, happily married since 1997, with two grown sons, and a really great dog, Gunner. She cherishes her quality family time."

With over 38 years of experience in escrow, Mercedes Ferreras is an Escrow Assistant who supports the escrow process by assisting clients & coordinating documents to ensure smooth, successful transactions.

Away from work, Mercedes enjoys spending quality time with family & friends over great food.

I have been in the escrow industry for over 10 years, and I enjoy meeting with clients and helping them navigate the escrow process for a successful sale and/or purchase.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two sons and one grandson. During my free time I love spending time with family and friends.

My experience through the years has involved different facets of escrow or industry related fields across various areas of greater Los Angeles, the Westside and South Bay. Exposure to corporate and small business environments has taught me to work fluidly and with an open mind. The rules and laws set in place are imperative, but it is equally important to be resourceful, sensible and know how to be flexible within the guidelines to solve problems and achieve positive results.

My role as an Escrow Officer to close a transaction also extends to building partnering relationships with real estate professionals to contribute to growth and business branding. I approach business with a positive attitude, integrity and as a supportive member of the team. I lend my experience and expertise to help inform and achieve efficient, successful closings. Each transaction is unique and may have circumstances and challenges that require a calm, understanding approach, and it is important to accommodate one’s personal, individual needs with the utmost respect and care.

Now living in the South Bay area, I grew up on the Westside and remain deeply rooted in the community. You can certainly call me a dog-lover, but I love all animals. When I am away from work, you will probably find me in the gym, and I spend the rest of my free time with friends and food, relaxing with a good book or running. I love to learn new things and it is always exciting to meet new, interesting people.
